COLLECTIONS
After receiving the payments, the goods will be prepared for collections or delivery immediately or within 1-2 hours if special repacking will be necessary. The beneficiary of the goods should call us and confirm the colletion date. The invoice received form us will be required is EFT was the form of payment.
Delivery
Goods must be fully paid before delivery and the amount should reflect in our account. Important appliances with incorporated electronic devices, will be re-tested before delivery.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after we'll receive the payment. Priority shipping (COURIER COMPANIES) is provided with insurance in your name (beneficiary name).
IMPORTANT: Please check the products before signing the courier reception form. If not satisfied with the integrity of the goods DO NOT SIGN !
Damaged products during delivery will be replaced only for insured goods. We will refund the beneficiary or replace the goods, after reveiving the payment from the insurance company.
For Economy shipping, (South African Post Office) WE WILL NOT take responsibility and WILL NOT replace any damaged or missing items at our expense. Please make sure you choose a reliable shipper when order the goods.
If you prefer delivery by Post office additional insurance must be obtained from a 3rd party insurance company. Please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment method you will select, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
For imports, full or partial loads, the delivery may take between 15 days and 3 months. For example if you would order a kitchen in Italy, should expect a delivery time of about 90 days. We advise you to group your items in one order and save on shippment rates. We will not group two distinct orders placed separately.
For exports according to the clauses provided in our export documentation as agreed.
