1. Copyright KLEIN PRODUCTS and the information published on Klaus Klein site. The content of Klaus Klein site - images, text, graphics, symbols, elements of graphic web, emails, scripts, programs and other data - is owned by KLEIN PRODUCTS and its suppliers, partners, subsidiaries and parents

2. The right to use the information displayed on Klaus Klein site. KLEIN PRODUCTS guarantees limited user access, and not the right to download or modify partial or fully the site, copy, sell / resell or exploit the site in any other manner, for commercial or personal purposes.

3. Products and services, price policy. KLEIN PRODUCTS reserves the right to select their clients. The products sold by Klaus Klein are supplied in the original package as received from the manufacturers or suppliers and accompanied by an invoice and warranty certification when provided. All products and services are offered subject to stock availability. For this reason KLEIN PRODUCTS assumes the right not to accept specific orders in the case the product is no longer available or will be used outside of the recommendations of the manufacturers.

Prices are updated daily or as instructed by manufacturers, depending on the exchange rates Rand / USD-Eur. All listed prices include VAT 14%, and duties paid (South Africa only) and do not include the costs of delivery (in South Africa) and any other taxes such as import duties to 3rd countries (where applicable), unless specified under the product tax invoice.

The purchase price printed on the invoice will reflect the prices listed on the web site or if based on quotations as will be determined by any Klein Products sales consultant stipulated in the order confirmation. For online payments the applicable price is the value displayed on the site at the date of the transaction. KLEIN PRODUCTS will not offer any guarantee, expressly or implicitly, regarding the listing on its sites, including but not limited to the operation of the sites, down times, the accuracy of descriptions, updating content, products suitability for a particular purpose.

Users expressly agree that the use of this site and products selection or related services is not compulsory. Users have the right to cancel the orders only for products not submitted to Klein imports department (usually 24 hours). The pictures displayed on our sites may differ (color, accessories, appearance, etc.) and our suppliers and manufacturers reserve the right to change the packaging and product specification without prior notice. Klaus Klein content (text, product descriptions, technical characteristics, images, symbols) are displayed as received from our partners, manufacturers or brand representatives.

4. Payment Products All ordered products must be paid in full prior to delivery unless a written agreement was reached between the buyer and Klein sales Consultants. Payment in advance can be achieved by postal order (companies), wire transfer, EFT and PayPal and proof of payment should be sent to KLEIN PRODUCTS by e-mail or by fax. Fax no: +2711 888 6028.

5. The delivery of products The delivery of products will be arranged anywhere in South Africa or the World. The delivery of products may be free in Johannesburg Central, North if the products are available locally and if the value of the consignments will exceed the Equivalent of R8000. All imported products will be delivered by courier. Insurance apply and must be purchaced by the client. If the customer is not available at the address mentioned, the courier will return once more after the successful contact of the beneficiary.

If any attempt to contact the beneficiary will fail, the courier will return the products to Klein. The customers will have 30 calendar days to claim the products and organize the collection of the goods. After 30 calendar days undelivered orders (above reasons) will be recycled and no refund will be offered to customers. The customer must receive the goods, check the parcel and sign that goods arrived in good condition or return the parcel and mention the reasons for the return.

KLEIN PRODUCTS reserves the right to delay or cancel goods deliveries for reasons beyond control, including fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, civil disturbances or other impediments. The maximum amount of damage that can be claimed against KLEIN PRODUCTS if the products are damaged or undelivered is the amount written on the invoice.

6. Warranty. Warranty is offered as received from the manufacturers and in accordance with their policies. All ""Klein" branded and labeled products will be delivered with 1-2 years warranty function of product. No warranty will be offered in specific conditions, please read "Terms and Conditions" and Return policy.

It is necessary to contact us and return the defective product in the original package, together with all related accessories, instructions, etc. Copy of the invoice and the warranty certificate in original must also be presented. KLEIN PRODUCTS will not be responsible for any damages during transportation.

The responsibility for damages and repairs after the return of the products will rest with the insurance companies, courier services, the manufacturer, or a service-authorized body, function of the nature of the complain. We will however replace all defective goods within 24 hours after being paid by the insurance company and/or supplier. All products must be accompanied by its original certificate of warranty issued by the manufacturer, the importer or supplier. If the product cannot be replaced due to limited stock availability, the maximum amount in respect of damages that can be paid by KLEIN PRODUCTS against any customer (inadequate delivery excluded) is the amount equivalent to the amount received by KLEIN PRODUCTS from the respective customer less the bank charges and shipping fees which are paid to 3rd companies. All returned goods must have a re-stocking appearance complete with all accessories in their original packaging, otherwise a re-stocking fee of 20% (twenty percent) or more will be deducted from the invoice value of the goods returned.

7. User comments on the website. Users accessing Klaus Klein site can make comments on the products offered. The comments may be published on the site after preliminary approval. KLEIN PRODUCTS reserves the right, not to publish comments containing illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory statements, violating others rights, intellectual property, contain viruses, mass e-mails or any other form of spam. KLEIN PRODUCTS will not bear any responsibility and will not offer any compensation for any damage as result of such comments or electronic communication.

8. Links to other sites, operating errors. Klaus Klein servers are hosted by a third company. We will not be made responsible for any errors occurred at the site regardless of the reasons for their occurrence, including the changes in the site settings, or updates of the scripts scheduled. 9. Subscription to newsletters. Subscription to Klaus Klein is free and voluntary, and involves the acceptance of the conditions and terms of use.
