RESELLER - DROP SHIPPING BY ORDER

Drop shipping means that we Klaus Klein Home Improvement will send goods directly to your customers, on your behalf. In other words, your customers purchased the products from you and your will be their contact.

Klaus Klein Home Improvement offer to all our resellers door to door local and international shipping. There are no additional charges. We ship from Europe, China and when competitive South Africa. For local market in South Africa, stock is kept in Johannesburg.

How works? Order online as usual, maintain your registration address, just change the delivery address and you're in business. We will need your email and your phone number to confirm with you the order before processing.

In the shipping documentation you will be the shipper of the consignment, preserving your relation with your clients. We will do the entire job, however will not disclose to your clients our name and will not include in the parcels any materials or details about Klaus Klein Home Improvement.

Please note that if your consignment consists of imported goods shipped from overseas and if in your country the products are subject to custom duties / taxes, usually the beneficiary of the consignment (your client) will have to pay these extra taxes.

For example in EU and South Africa computer parts are duty free but probably in Nigeria will be subject to 5% - 10% duties.

It is your responsibility as vendor to be informed about possible "country extra taxes" and advise your customers. Klaus Klein Home Improvement accepts no responsibility whatsoever and can not provide tax information relevant to a specific country (exception EU and South Africa), although we will do whatever we can to help you maximise your profits.
