RETURNS:
All returned goods must be in their original packaging un-opened within 7 (seven) days.
A 20% restoking fee will be deducted from the invoice value of the returned products.
We will retain all shipping costs incl VAT, paid to 3rd parties for the delivery of the goods to you.
Faulty goods should aslo be returned in their original packaging within manufacturers warranty period. No goods will be accepted thereafter.
The returned goods will be forwarded to the manufacturers for assessment, repair or exchange. Receiving the goods back from manufacturers can take up to 2 months function of the supplier and manufacturer's stock and repair schedule.
INCLOMPETE PRODUCTS
We will not accept inclompete returns, products with missing components, or returned without the original pack. We will not accept damaged or vandalised products. If you return these products without out accord you will be responsible to get your product back within 3 months.
Warehousing fees will apply and after 3 months the products will be recycled.
RETURNS (non-faulty products):
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned back to us within 7 (seven) days from the date of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs. Fatisfied does not mean that you do not like the features of the product after braking the originl seal of the product or a product will not fit in a particular space. Once the original seal is broken, the product is treated as second hand. Before you buy, please contact us for help, specification and features of any product of interest. All customers are welcome to our showrooms to see the products before buying.
Shipping costs will be retained.
A full refunds will only be issued if the products are returned unopened and with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories and other materials, of any nature, that were part of the original purchase. Should an opened product be returned, a 20% or more re-stocking fee will be charged, function of the status of the goods. Additionally, the goods must to be returned in a resalable condition. Once a product is opened and touched, will be treated as second hand.
CONSUMABLES:
We will not accept returns on consumables
SHIPPING COSTS: All shipping costs on the website are informative. We will provide a final invoice reflecting the actual value of the shipment as received from the transporter. All shipping costs will be retained in case a product is returned.
