Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after the receipt of payment and are shipped via Courier. Priority shipping (COURIER COMPANIES) is provided with insurance and we will replace any item damaged on arrival, including shipping costs.

For Economy shipping, (South African Post Office) WE WILL NOT take the responsibility and WILL NOT replace any damaged or missing items at our expense. Please make sure you choose a reliable shipper when order the goods.

If you prefer delivery by Post office additional insurance must be obtained from a 3rd party insurance company. Please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment method you will select, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

For imports, full or partial loads, the delivery may take between 15 days and 3 months. For example if you would order a kitchen in Italy, should expect a delivery time of about 90 days. We advise you to group your items in one order and save on shippment rates. We will not group two distinct orders placed separately.
