How do I register?

To open a new account on Klein web site you should follow the link "Your Account" displayed at the top, right hand side corner of your screen. On the next page, if you already have an account, will be able to login or create a new account. Klein authentication system, will require your registration / username and password provided at registration. You can update your Personal Details on "My Account" page.

COD Payment - Company to Company only

Orders via email or telephone. Payment received by the delivery company. Cash payments or Cheques accepted from companies.

Order payment / bank wire transfer

The data needed to pay by wire are the following: Company Name: Klaus Klein Exclusive Design Products. 19 Deco Park, Northlands, Johannesburg RSA Account#: Fax: +2711 888 6028 The delivery of goods will be done after receiving the payment confirmation.

Online Payment with a credit card or debit card

VISA and MASTERCARD only. This mode of payment requires a bank comission between 0.2% - 5% function of the country where the bank is situated.

Europe: Credit Limit: You can take an online loan of minimum 300 euro and a maximum of EURO 3000 from any European or US site. General conditions: � Minimum age: 24 years - maximum age 70 years � Nationality: Country of residence / Europe or US � Work for at least 6 months with your current company. � No employment history required � No deposit required

Purchase online credit procedure - EUROPE ONLY

1. Add to Cart the products in the order page, select the payment by installments (AVAILABLE ONLY FOR EUROPE); Note: We accept credit only for 2 products in the same category, regardless of the brand (eg 2 monitors, mobile phones 2).

2. Apply for prequalification.

2.1 Pre-qualification - determines whether the applicant's income is sufficient to obtain the credit desired.

2.2 Personal detail / solvency - collection information in order to establish the degree of solvency.

2.3 Select payment installment - choose the amount and first instalment.

2.4 Submit supporting documents - online (scanned) or by fax.

2.5 Identification (ID or passport)

2.6 Income certificate (downloadable) or pension.

2.7 Most current "Utilities bill"

3.You will receive the credit documentation by courier together with the products. All copies must be signed, retain one copy and return the balance.

3.1 The application is processed in a maximum 3 hours

3.2 You will be notified by e-mail about the status of your application and the procedures to follow

3.3 The instalments may be paid at any branch of any bank residing in Europe

Online Payment via PayPal

PayPal is the largest site that deals with electronic online payments and money transfers. Choose PayPal, and you will be redirected to their site where you will need to follow their instructions. No information will be stored on our servers or any other 3rd party servers.

This mode of payment will not include any additional commission.

Regardless of your home currency, the base currency used will be U.S. Dollars.
